For now on I shall be blogging everyday! It keeps me on schedule and here i can write down my daily agenda and stay on track..however boring it may seem to anyone else:)
Food journal & Workout Agenda- with a little blogging on Life,Love, and Everything Else!

Food Menu (for today)
  1. 7:30 amBreakfast- 1 honeydew melon
  2. 10:30 amSnack- 60z blueberries
  3. 1:30 pmLunch- 1/2 whole pineapple
  4. 5:00 pmDinner- 1/2 cucumber,1/4 red onion, 2 lrg tomatoes,1/2 zuccini-sliced in bowl with raw apple cider vinegar and pinch of cayenne drizzled over

Workout Agenda (for today)-and yes cleaning counts!

  1. 9:00am- 2 ten min abs dvds
  2. 9:30am-fold blankets-clean bathroom-litter box-spray whipe down bathroom
  3. 11:00am-vaccuum bathroom and bedroom-hang up clothes
  4. 12:00pm-collect all laundry-start laundry-
  5. 12:30- pilates/yoga dvd
  6. 2:00-laundry-put away-change out
  7. 3:30-more laundry!
  8. 4:30- final laundry
  9. 6:00pm-pillates for dummies workout
  10. 8:00pm weight training intervals

LIFE

  1. call rj..have him come over
  2. call wedding venue prospects
  3. 8:30 shower
  4. 9:00pm law and order dvr
  5. 10:00 sleeeeeeeeeep

Exercising Is Always Important!


5 days a week i get up early in the morning and go fo a 30min jog. Then come back and do a ten minute low impact pillates routine. Before i go to bed i do 15 minutes pillates and 15 minutes of relaxing yoga- sometimes before i do a 30 minute walk/jog routine:) Even if you are naturally small like me or need to lose some extra pounds exercise is extremely important for your overall health and cell function. SO GET UP AND GET ACTIVE!

its been awhile! but here is my meal plan for today.



  • Breakfast- 1 honeydew melon- Snack- 1 peach - Lunch- raw tabuleh- Snack- bowl of broccoli- Dinner- raw beet salad with spinach, tomato, and onion drizzled with raw apple cider vinegar.

A little about myself....

I know I already posted a couple today, but I feel like people out there should know a little something about me. I am a self proclaimed HIPPIE. I rarely ever wear makeup and if I do its bare minerals. I am a raw vegan and refuse to ever eat anything that came from a living creature. My clothes are vegetarian. I wash my face with only natural raw ingredients that I prepare myself. My favorite things in the world are going to my local Farmer's Market with my loving fiance and buying all my fresh produce; and going to the beach and catching some healthy sun rays!

Now about my other half! His name is Ralston Orlando Moore. He is strong, compassionate, loving, and highly intelligent. On the outside, we couldnt be more opposite...he is a carnivore, and alot more worldly than I, he is also half black and I am a Jew! hahahaha

But I will tell you something, I love him more than anything in this entire world, and I couldn't feel nearly as complete without him.

Oh yeah..starting next Wednesday Rj is taking a shot at vegetarianism..I promise this was completely his choice! haha. He is letting me help prepare meals for him, he needs a little help with the right food combinations because he does body building.


But to wrap this up I am 18 years old and he is 19. We are engaged and will be walking down the aisle April 26, 2008. We are very excited!

1/2 avocado
1/3 cup sea salt
1 tbs raw honey
1tsp coconut oil

enough to wash your face daily for a week...just mash together and keep in the refrigderator.

my first day - wednesday

I drank my juice within an hour. About 15 minutes later I had a very loose bowel movement. Probably because I had alot of nuts yesterday FIBER!!!!! haha


My energy is pretty stable right now. I am going to do the rest of this fast without cigarettes starting tomorrow..o fuck it! Starting now!



Mind you I am only doing this to detoxify my sytem. But I am going to weigh in on my tenth day. Today I weighed in a 102 pounds. So lets see what happeneds. Hopefully I stabalize.

1 med. pear
1 small apple
1 large handful of spinach
1 celery stick
1/2 chopped zuchini
1 kiwi
1/2 bluberries
1 handful romain lettuce

day1 of raw juice fast-

I have been a 100% raw vegan for about 4 months now. I absolutley love it! I have gone from 117 lbs to 102 lbs and i am 5'2. My skin is healthy and radiant. My energy is through the roof. However, I just feel i need to detoxify my body a bit while i resume my raw vegan lifestyle. This is a life commitment to myself.

So, for the next 10 days I am putting myself on a juice fast. the juice coontaining:grapefruit, lemons, papaya,spinach, alphalfa sprouts, celery and apple.

For each meal 2 ounces of the mixed juice and 16 ounces of cold filtered water.

I will be logging in daily with my progress! Wish me luck!
