- 5:00 pmDinner- 1/2 cucumber,1/4 red onion, 2 lrg tomatoes,1/2 zuccini-sliced in bowl with raw apple cider vinegar and pinch of cayenne drizzled over

- 9:30am-fold blankets-clean bathroom-litter box-spray whipe down bathroom
- 11:00am-vaccuum bathroom and bedroom-hang up clothes
- 12:00pm-collect all laundry-start laundry-
- 12:30- pilates/yoga dvd
- 2:00-laundry-put away-change out
- 3:30-more laundry!
- 4:30- final laundry
- 6:00pm-pillates for dummies workout
- 8:00pm weight training intervals
